EVALUASI PENYIMPANAN OBAT DI APOTEK 64 FARMA KABUPATEN SIDOARJO BERDASARKAN PEDOMAN PETUNJUK TEKNIS STANDAR PELAYANAN KEFARMASIAN DI APOTEK TAHUN 2019 PERIODE BULAN JANUARI 2024

Pharmacy is one of the places that provides health services in the
community. The quality of pharmacy services greatly affects the image of the
pharmacy and the satisfaction of patients who visit the pharmacy. One of the factors
that affects pharmacy services is the drug storage system. Storage is one of the
important things that plays a role in maintaining product quality. Inconsistencies in
procedures or storage conditions can result in drug ineffectiveness and even cause
drug damage that can be detrimental to the pharmacy and of course to patients.
The purpose of this study is to find out how the drug storage system is in Pharmacy
64 Farma, Sidoarjo Regency. This research method uses the object observation
method and the results are presented descriptively. Primary data was obtained
through an interview with a Pharmacist and Pharmaceutical Technical Personnel
(TTK). Secondary data are obtained through direct observation and documentation.
The data obtained was analyzed to evaluate the storage of drugs based on
references from the Guidelines for Technical Instructions for Pharmaceutical
Service Standards in Pharmacies. The conformity data obtained from the suitability
of storage at Apotek 64 Farma was 71% and was categorized as "Good" (61-80%).
