KARYA TULIS ILMIAH TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN PASIEN TERHADAP BEYOND USE DATE (BUD) OBAT RACIKAN DI APOTEK KIMIA FARMA 180 PAHLAWAN SIDOARJO

ABSTRAK
Hampir disetiap rumah orang-orang biasanya menyimpan obat sebagai persediaan (Priyambodo, 2016). Dalam menyimpan obat yang benar akan mempengaruhi stabilitas obat, terjaganya mutu obat dan memperlambat penguraian, jika penyimpanan obat kurang tepat maka akan menjadi faktor resiko penggunaan obat yang tidak rasional dan dapat memicu masalah terkait obat termasuk resiko terjadinya medication error. Beyond Use Date (BUD) obat adalah batas waktu penggunaan produk obat setelah obat tersebut diracik atau disiapkan atau setelah kemasan primernya dibuka atau sudah rusak. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif observasional. Metode pengambilan data yang dilakukan secara prospektif selama bulan April 2022. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan pasien terhadap Beyond Use Date (BUD) obat racikan di Apotek Kimia Farma 180 Pahlawan Sidoarjo. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan pada bulan April 2022 banyak dijumpai resep racikan baik racikan puyer, kapsul, salep, maupun sirup. Tingkat pengetahuan ini didapat berdasarkan hasil jawaban dari lembar kuisioner dengan jumlah 10 pertanyaan kepada pasien yang datang menebus resep obat racikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Tingkat Pengetahuan Pasien Tentang Beyond Use Date (BUD) Obat Racikan di Apotek Kimia Farma Pahlawan Sidoarjo dengan jumlah responden 171 orang maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan kategori cukup dengan nilai 53,8%.
ABSTRACT
Almost people usually spare medicine for supplies (Priyambodo, 2016). If medicines not stored appropriately, medications can be exposed to varying environmental changes, making them lose their efficacy and it can be harmful to consumer’s health. for example, irrational drug use and cause drug-related problems, including the risk of medication errors. When a product is opened, assigning a Beyond Use Date (BUD) often requires by the pharmacist to determine appropriate expired date of product. This research is a descriptive observational study. Method of data collection was carried out prospectively during April 2022. This study was conducted to patient’s knowledge level of the Beyond Use Date (BUD) of compounded drugs in Kimia Farma 180 Pahlawan Pharmacy Sidoarjo. From research conducted in April 2022, many recipes were found, both mixtures of powder, capsules, ointments, and syrups. This level of knowledge is obtained based on the results of the answers from the questionnaire sheet with a total of 10 questions to patients who come to redeem prescription medicine. Based on the results of the study, with a total of 171 respondents, it can be concluded that respondents have a level of knowledge that is included in the sufficient category with a value of 53.8%.
