KARYA TULIS ILMIAH FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN HIPERTENSI PADA AKSEPTOR KB PIL KOMBINASI BIFASIK DI APOTEK X KRIAN SIDOARJO PERIODE MARET 2022 - MEI 2022

ABSTRAK
Kontrasepsi merupakan upaya untuk mencegah terjadinya kehamilan akibat pertemuan antara sel telur yang matang dengan sel sperma dengan menggunakan alat atau obat-obatan. Upaya tersebut dapat bersifat sementara dan dapat pula bersifat permanen .Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi pada akseptor pil KB kombinasi bifasik di apotek x krian sidoarjo periode maret -mei tahun 2022. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik dengan desain pendekatan croos sectional, kemudian data diolah dengan menggunakan spss uji korelasi pearson. sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 55 orang responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling.hasil tabel analisis univariat pada usia paling banyak yaitu pada usia 21-45 tahun sebanyak 44 orang responden (80%), pada lama pemakaian pil KB 2-3 tahun sebanyak 26 orang responden (47,27%) dan pada kejadian hipertesi didapatkan responden yang hipertensi sebanyak 31 orang responden (56,36%). Hasil tabel analisis bivariat diperoleh 22 orang rentang usia 21-45 tahun untuk faktor usia dengan kejadian hipertensi pada akseptor KB pil kombinasi dengan nilai ketertarikan 0,000 sedangkan untuk faktor lama pemakaian dengan kejadian hipertensi di peroleh 13 orang rentang 4-5 tahun dengan nilai ketertarikan 0,001 maka disimpulkan faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi pada akseptor kb pil kombinasi bifasik adalah faktor usia dan faktor lama pemakaian.Saran dalam penelitian ini bagi institusi pendidikan.Diharapkan dapat memperdalam pengetahuan mahasiswa kesehatan dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang cara pengendalian tekanan darah bagi akseptor KB kombinasi bifasik yang mengalami hipertensi.
ABSTRACT
Contraception is an effort to prevent pregnancy due to the meeting between a mature egg cell and sperm cell by using tools or drugs. These efforts can be temporary and can also be permanent. The purpose of this study was to determine what factors were associated with the incidence of hypertension in biphasic combination contraceptive pill acceptors at the X Krian Sidoarjo pharmacy for the period March - May 2022. This research method used descriptive analytical method. with a cross sectional approach design, then the data was processed using the pearson correlation test spss. The sample in this study was 55 respondents who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Sampling in this study used a total sampling technique. The results of the univariate analysis table at the age of the most, namely at the age of 21-45 years as many as 44 respondents (80%), on the duration of use of birth control pills 2-3 years as many as 26 respondents (47, 27%) and in the incidence of hypertension, 31 respondents (56.36%) had hypertension. The results of the bivariate analysis table obtained 22 people aged 21-45 years for the age factor with the incidence of hypertension in combination pill family planning acceptors with an attractiveness value of 0.000 while for the length of use factor with the incidence of hypertension, 13 people were found in a range of 4-5 years with an interest value of 0.001 then it was concluded that the factors related to the incidence of hypertension in biphasic combination pill KB acceptors were age and duration of use. Suggestions in this study for educational institutions hypertension.
