KARYA TULIS ILMIAH PENGARUH SUHU PENYIMPANAN TERHADAP MUTU FISIK SEDIAAN LORATADINE SYRUP MEREK “X” YANG SUDAH DIBUKA

ABSTRAK
Obat memiliki peranan yang vital dalam dunia kesehatan khususnya mempengaruhi fungsi fisiologis tubuh manusia. Obat yang diproduksi oleh sebuah industri farmasi harus terjamin kualitas, keamanan dan manfaatnya. Kondisi obat harus terjaga dari pengaruh yang mungkin akan menyebabkan perubahan kandungan zat aktif dalam produk maupun khasiat dari produk obat. Masyarakat biasanya melakukan penyimpanan obat sediaan syrup pada tempat dan suhu tertentu. Terkadang penyimpanan obat pada tempat yang disinari lampu terus menerus, disimpan pada lemari es, dan terkadang juga obat diletakkan diatas TV. Sediaan obat dalam bentuk larutan atau sirup mudah mengalami kerusakan.Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suhu penyimpanan sediaan larutan loratadine yang sudah dibuka yaitu pada suhu lemari es, suhu kamar dan suhu 40°C. Kemudian dilakukan uji mutu fisik yang meliputi evaluasi organoleptis, uji penetapan pH dan uji penetapan kadar. Hasil : diperoleh hasil penetapan kadar dengan rata-rata penyimpanan 0 hari = 100,6951%, suhu lemari es = 96,5689%, suhu kamar = 101,2841%, suhu 40°C = 90,1755%. Kesimpulan : Pada penelitian ini dapat dikatakan bahwa variasi suhu penyimpanan dapat mempengaruhi sediaan loratadin syrup yang telah dibuka.
ABSTRACT
Medicine has a vital role in the world of health, especially affecting the physiological functions of the human body. Medicines produced by a pharmaceutical industry must be guaranteed quality, safety and benefits. Medicinal conditions must be protected from the influence that might cause changes in the active substance content in the product and the properties of the medicinal product. People usually store at a certain place and temperature. Sometimes the medicine is stored in a place with continuous lights, stored in the refrigerator, and sometimes the medicine is placed on the TV. Medicinal preparations in solution or syrup are easily damaged. Objective : This study aims to determine the effect of storage temperature for the loratadine solution that has been opened, namely at refrigerator temperature, room temperature and 40 ° C. Then the physical quality test is carried out which includes organoleptic evaluation, pH determination test and assay test. Results: obtained assay results with an average storage of 0 days = 100.6951%, refrigerator temperature = 96.5689%, room temperature = 101.2841%, temperature 40°C = 90.1755%. Conclusion: In this study it can be said that variations in storage temperature can affect the preparation of loratadine syrup that has been opened.
