KARYA TULIS ILMIAH TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN MASYARAKAT TENTANG CARA MENDAPATKAN, MENGGUNAKAN, MENYIMPAN, MEMBUANG OBAT (DAGUSIBU) DI DUSUN JONGGAN DESA DURENSEWU KABUPATEN PASURUAN

ABSTRAK
Dagusibu (Dapatkan, Gunakan, Simpan, Buang) merupakan program Gerakan Keluarga Sadar Obat yang diprakarsai oleh Ikatan Apoteker Indonesia dalam memahami pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap penggunaan obat dengan benar (PP IAI, 2014). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan tentang DAGUSIBU Obat pada masyarakat di Dusun Jonggan Desa Durensewu Kabupaten Pasuruan. Metode penelitian berupa observasional analitik dengan rancangan deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling pada 100 masyarakat yang berusia 17-50 tahun. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan kuisioner yang telah di uji validitas dan reabilitas. Tingkat pengetahuan dibagi menjadi 3 kategori, yaitu baik (skor >75%), cukup (skor 60-70%), dan kurang (skor <60%). Analisis perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan DAGUSIBU dengan analisis univariat menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas responden berjenis kelamin perempuan (61%). Tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat kategori baik sebanyak 22%, kategori cukup sebanyak 40%, kategori kurang baik sebanyak 38%. Bersadarkan hasil yang diperoleh disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat tentang DAGUSIBU obat pada masyarakat masuk kategori cukup yaitu 62,1%. Sehingga peneliti lain dapat meneliti lebih lanjut faktor yang mempengaruhi pengetahuan masyarakat tentang DAGUSIBU obat.
ABSTRACT
Dagusibu (Get, Use, Save, Dispose) is a Drug Awareness Family Movement program initiated by the Indonesian Pharmacists Association in understanding public understanding and awareness of the correct use of drugs (PP IAI, 2014). The purpose of the study was to determine the level of knowledge about DAGUSIBU Drugs in the community in Jonggan Hamlet, Durensewu Village, Pasuruan Regency. The research method is analytic observational with a descriptive design. The data collection technique used the purposive sampling method on 100 people aged 17-50 years. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The level of knowledge is divided into 3 categories, namely good (score >75%), adequate (score 60-70%), and less (score <60%). Analysis of differences in the level of knowledge of DAGUSIBU with univariate analysis using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the majority of respondents were female (61%). The level of community knowledge in the good category is 22%, the sufficient category is 40%, the poor category is 38%. Based on the results obtained, it was concluded that the level of public knowledge about the drug DAGUSIBU in the community was in the sufficient category, namely 62.1%. So that other researchers can further investigate the factors that influence public knowledge about the drug DAGUSIBU.
