KARYA TULIS ILMIAH VARIASI KONSENTRASI BAHAN PENGHANCUR Sodium Strach Glycolate ( SSG ) TERHADAP MUTU FISIK TABLET KUNYIT DENGAN METODE CETAK LANGSUNG

ABSTRAK
Tablet kunyit tablet herbal yang digunakan sebagai obat untuk antidiabetes. Pembuatan tablet kunyit dalam formulasi ini untuk mengetahui hasil yang baik dari perbedaan konsentrasi bahan penghancur Sodium Strach Glycolate (SSG) dengan konsentrasi 2%, 5% dan 8%. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil yang memenuhi persyaratan pada formulasi 1, formulasi 2 dan formulasi 3 dengan waktu hancur kurang dari 30 menit sesuai dengan waktu hancur tablet tidak bersalut. Tujuan : penelitian ini bertujuan unttuk mengetahui konsentrasi Sodium Strach Glycolate (SSG) terhadap mutu fisik sediaan tablet kunyit. Sodium Strach Glycolate (SSG) merupakan superdisintegran yang digunakan sebgai bahan penghancur.
ABSTRACT
Turmeric tablets herbal tablets used as antidiabetic drugs with a dose of 66.3 mg. The manufacture of turmeric tablets in this formulation is to find out the optimal results from the different concentrations of the disintegrant Sodium Strach Glycolate (SSG) with concentrations of 2%, 5% and 8%. From the research conducted, it was found that the results met the requirements of formulation 1, formulation 2 and formulation 3 with a disintegration time of less than 30 minutes according to the disintegration time of uncoated tablets. Objective: This study aims to determine the concentration of Sodium Strach Glycolate (SSG) on the physical quality of turmeric tablet preparations. Sodium Strach Glycolate (SSG) is a superdisintegrant used as a disintegrant.
