KARYA TULIS ILMIAH STUDI KEPATUHAN PASIEN RUJUK BALIK (PRB) PENDERITA HIPERTENSI DALAM MENGKONSUMSI OBAT DI BALAI PENGOBATAN CANDI PADA PERIODE DESEMBER 2020 – MARET 2021

ABSTRAK
Hipertensi pada tahun 2013 telah mencapai 31,7% dari penduduk dewasa. Di kabupaten Sidoarjo pada tahun 2018 penduduk yang telah didiagnosa menderita Hipertensi sebanyak 49,33%. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui studi kepatuhan pasien rujuk balik penderita Hipertensi dalam mengkonsumsi obat secara rutin. Jenis penelitian ini dengan cara deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi adalah semua penderita Hipertensi di Balai Pengobatan Candi dari Desember 2020 – Maret 2021 berjumlah 106, sampel 35 orang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Variabel bebas adalah kepatuhan mengkonsumsi minum obat pada pasien hipertensi. Variabel terikat adalah sisa obat dan jadwal kontrol. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil menunjukkan nilai kepatuhan pasien rujuk balik penderita hipertensi dilihat dari jadwal kontrol responden yang patuh sebanyak 28 orang atau 80% sedangkan responden yang tidak patuh sebanyak 7 orang atau 20% dan dilihat dari sisa obat responden yang patuh sebanyak 30 orang atau 86% sedangkan responden yang tidak patuh sebanyak 5 orang atau 14% . Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa kepatuhan minum obat seseorang bisa dilihat dari jadwal kontrol yang rutin dan sisa obat yang dikonsumsi.
ABSTRACT
Hypertension in 2013 has reached 31.7% of the adult population. In Sidoarjo district in 2018 the population who had been diagnosed with hypertension was 49.33%. This study was conducted to determine the compliance study of patients with hypertension in taking medication regularly. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The population is all patients with hypertension at Candi Medicine Center from December 2020 - March 2021 totaling 106, a sample of 35 people was taken using a purposive sampling technique with inclusion and exclusion criteria. The independent variable is adherence to taking medication in hypertensive patients. The dependent variables were the rest of the drug and the control schedule. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the compliance value of patients who were referred back with hypertension was seen from the control schedule of the respondents who were obedient as many as 28 people or 80% while the respondents who did not comply were 7 people or 20% and seen from the remaining medication of the respondents who were obedient as many as 30 people or 86% while the respondents who disobedient as many as 5 people or 14%. The conclusion of this study is that a person's medication adherence can be seen from the routine control schedule and the rest of the drugs consumed.
