KARYA TULIS ILMIAH PERSENTASE KEPATUHAN PERESEPAN DOKTER (RESEP NON BPJS) TERHADAP FORMULARIUM RUMAH SAKIT DI INSTALASI FARMASI RAWAT INAP RUMAH SAKIT “X” KABUPATEN MOJOKERTO PERIODE JANUARI – MARET 2020

Rumah sakit adalah institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan perorangan secara paripurna yang menyediakan pelayanan rawat inap, rawat jalan, dan gawat darurat (Permenkes RI No. 4 Tahun 2018). Standar pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah sakit didefinisikan sebagai pedoman pelayan kefarmasian di rumah sakit dan tolok ukur penyelenggaraan pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah sakit (Menkes RI, 2016). Pelayanan minimal yang diberikan oleh rumah sakit kepada masyarakat diukur dengan menggunakan standar pelayanan minimal rumah sakit. Standar minimal pada pelayanan farmasi meliputi ; waktu tunggu pelayanan obat jadi dan obat racikan, tidak adanya kejadian kesalahan pemberian obat, kepuasan pelanggan, penulisan resep sesuai formularium (PMK RI No. 4 Tahun 2018). Standar mutu pada pelayanan farmasi salah satunya peresepan sesuai dengan formularium adalah 100% (Menkes RI, 2008). Pentingnya peresepan sesuai dengan formularium yaitu dapat tercapainya terapi penggunaan obat. Pelayanan obat akan semakin cepat dan harga obat terjangkau (Handayani dkk,2010). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata persentase kepatuhan peresepan dokter (Resep Non BPJS) di instalasi farmasi rawat inap terhadap formularium Rumah Sakit “X” periode Januari 2020 sebesar 98.76%, bulan Februari 2020 sebesar 99.28%, bulan Maret 2020 sebesar 99.23%. hal ini disebabkan karena faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini seperti pengetahuan dokter, kepercayaan dokter, ketersediaan obat dan pengaruh pasien.
ABSTRACT
Hospitals are health service institutions that provide complete individual health services that provide inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services (Permenkes RI No. 4 of 2018). Pharmaceutical service standards in hospitals are defined as guidelines for pharmaceutical services in hospitals and benchmarks for the implementation of pharmaceutical services in hospitals ( Indonesian Minister of Health, 2016). The minimum service provided by the hospital to the community is measured using the hospital's minimum service standard. Minimum standards in pharmaceutical services include; waiting time for ready-to-use medicines and concoction drugs, no incidence of medication errors, customer satisfaction, prescription writing according to the formulary (PMK RI No. 4 of 2018). Quality standards in pharmaceutical services, one of which is prescribing according to the formulary, is 100% (Minister of Health, 2008). The importance of prescribing in accordance with the formulary is the achievement of drug use therapy. Drug services will be faster and affordable drug prices (Handayani et al, 2010). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the average percentage of doctor's prescription compliance (Non BPJS Prescription) in inpatient pharmacy installations to the "X" Hospital formulary for the January 2020 period was 98.76%, in February 2020 it was 99.28%, in March 2020 it was 99.23%. . This is due to other factors that were not examined in this study, such as doctor's knowledge, doctor's trust, drug availability and patient influence.
