KARYA TULIS ILMIAH GAMBARAN WAKTU TUNGGU PELAYANAN RESEP UMUM DI APOTEK HUTAMA PHARMA SIDOARJO PERIODE BULAN MARET TAHUN 2021

Salah satu standar pelayanan di apotek adalah waktu tunggu pelayanan resep. Waktu tunggu pelayanan resep adalah tenggang waktu mulai pasien menyerahkan resep sampai dengan pasien menerima obat. Waktu tunggu berpengaruh pada mutu pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan standar pelayanan minimal di apotek dengan jenis pelayanan farmasi kategori waktu tunggu pelayanan resep umum di apotek hutama pharma sidoarjo. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode probability sampling yaitu random sampling. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan maret 2021. Dilakukan perhitungan waktu tunggu pelayanan resep dan dilakukan analisis terhadap kesesuaian dengan standar pelayanan minimal waktu tunggu. Jumlah resep yang diteliti sebanyak 600 resep merupakan obat racikan dan non racikan. Rata-rata waktu tunggu obat racikan 32,36 menit dan non racikan adalah 16,47 menit hal tersebut sudah sesuai dengan standar pelayanan minimal yang di persyaratkan oleh Kepmenkes No.1027/Menkes/SK/IX/2004 tentang pelayanan resep baik racikan maupun non racikan yaitu lama waktu obat jadi ≤ 30 menit dan obat racikan ≤ 60 menit.
ABSTRACT
One of the standard pharmaceutical services is waiting time for prescription services. The waiting time for the drug service is the grace period for the patient to submit the prescription until receiving the drug. Waiting time has an effects on service quality and patient satisfaction. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of minimum service standards in pharmacies with the types of pharmacy services in the old category of waiting time for outpatient general prescription services in pharmacies hutama pharma sidoarjo. Sampling using probability sampling method is random sampling. The time of the study was in March 2021. The calculation of waiting time for prescription drug services was carried out and and than analysis of the suitability of service standards was carried out with a minimum length of time waiting time category. The number recipes examined in this study were 600 prescriptions which were prescriptions for finished or non- concocted drugs. The average waiting time for finished 32,36 minutes and non-concocted drugs is 16,47 minutes it is in accordance with the minimum service standards required by Kepmenkes No.1027/Menkes/SK/IX/2004 concering prescription services both finished drugs and non-concoction drugs namely the length of waiting time for finished drugs ≤ 30 minutes and non-concoction drugs ≤ 60 minutes.
