Domperidone is a medicine to relieve nausea and vomiting. The most common dosage used by the community is tablets, the disadvantage of which is that the patient has difficulty swallowing. In overcoming these disadvantages, tablets are formed in OFDT (Oral Fast Dissolving Tablets) preparations. The disintegrant is an important component in the tablet crush process. One type of disintegrant that can be used is crosprovidone. To minimize disintegrant production costs combined with starch oryzae. The purpose ofthis study was to obtain the most effective, fast absorption, and minimizing production costs. The method used is experimental. Using a domperidone base sample. Three different formulations were tested. The maximum wavelength is 287 nm. The concentrationsused in the domperidone base calibration are 5 ppm, 10 ppm, 15 ppm, 20 ppm, 25 ppm, 30 ppm. The results obtained were tested using SPSS One W ay Anova. The results obtained in this study are the best formulation, namely the third formulation crosprovidone:amylum oryzae (1%: 3%) because it has the fastest disintegration time and meets the requirements of OFDT tablets with an average of 10.33 seconds. Meanwhile, the first formula with 2% crospovidone crusher resulted in an average disintegration time of 31.11 seconds. And for the second formulation yields an average disintegration time of 171.66 seconds, this is due to the lack of concentration on the crushing agent.
