PROFIL PENGOBATAN PASIEN RAWAT JALAN OSTEOARTHRITIS (OA) DI RUMAH SAKIT TINGKAT III BRAWIJAYA SURABAYA PERIODE DESEMBER 2019 – FEBRUARI 2020
XMLOsteoarthrithis (OA) is a progressive degenerativejoint disease characterized byjoint cartilage damage and diarthrodial joint structure. OA can often be triggered by several factors. Characteristics commonly appear in OA in the form of damage to the cartilage (joint cartilage), cartilage itself is a hard tissue that has a slippery nature that covers the end of hard bones in the joints. The purpose of this study was to determine the obstruction profile of osteoarthritis outpatients in Brawijaya Level III Hospital Surabaya in December 2019 -February 2020. The design of this study used a non-experimental design with a descriptive approach. Retrieval of this data is carried out in a retrospective manner that is research by examining information or retrieving past data. Samples were taken according to the inclusion criteria including outpatients diagnosed with osteoarthritis or without complications, adult patients without age restrictions and prescriptions that were entered on December 1, 2019 -February 29, 2020. Data were analyzed descriptively to determine the obstruction profile of osteoarthritis outpatients. Based on the samples obtained as many as 381 patients at Level III Brawijaya Hospital Surabaya are meloxicam (50.13%), sodium diclofenac (22.05%), paracetamol (12.07%), calcium lactate (26.77%), rejects (21.78%).
