POLA PERESEPAN OBAT GASTRITIS PADA PASIEN PASCA RAWAT INAP DI RUMAH SAKIT DR WAHIDIN SUDIRO HUSODO MOJOKERTO PERIODE OKTOBER-DESEMBER 2019
XMLGastritis is an inflammatory process in the lining of the mucosa and sub mucosa in the stomach which is one of the diseases that is often found in general disease clinics.This inflammation results in white blood cells going to the stomach wall in response to abnormalities in that section. The purpose of this scientific paper is to find out the prescribing pattern of gastritis medication in inpatients at the Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Mojokerto hospital in the October-December 2019 period which included types of drugs, drug combinations, and the highest number of prescribed gastritis drug classes. The design of this study uses a non-experimental research method that is descriptive in nature with retropective data collection. Descriptive experimental results with a retropective approach. The results showed that 30 patients (42.8%) were male and 40 patients (57.1) were female. The most widely used class of gastritis medications is Pompa Proton Inhibitors (42.2%). The highest number of gastritis drug classes were Lanzoprazole (42.2%), Sucralfate (30.3%), Domperidone (15.6%), Ondancetron (7.3%), Antacids (2.8%), Ranitidine (1.8%) %). The most widely used combination of gastritis isPompa Proton Inhibitors + Sucralfat (56%)
