KAJIAN KELENGKAPAN ADMINISTRASI DAN FARMASETIK RESEP PASIEN INSTALASI GAWAT DARURAT RUMAH SAKIT “X” DRIYOREJO GRESIK

Recipestudyisaveryimportantaspectinprescribingbecauseitcanhelpreduceerrors sothatpatientsafetyisobtained.Thisstudyaimstodeterminethepercentageofcompleteness of prescriptions at the "X" Hospital Driyorejo Gresik in November to December 2019. This research was conducted descriptively and data collection was carried out using the documentation method. The sampling method is done using the random sampling method, obtained as many as 312 recipes. The results showed that the prescription completeness administratively were: Inscriptio 84.6%, Subscriptio 80.2%, and the rest had reached an optimal percentage value of 100% in November 2019, while in December2019 Invocatio and Signatura had reached an optimal value of 100%. The results of assessing administration of prescription completeness are expected to help improve the quality of service topatients.
