KARYA TULIS ILMIAH GAMBARAN PENYIMPANAN PERBEKALAN FARMASI DI GUDANG INSTALASI FARMASI RUMAH SAKIT “X” DI SIDOARJO PERIODE BULAN MEI-JULI TAHUN 2022

ABSTRAK
Gudang penyimpanan obat merupakan tempat penerimaan sampai dengan pendistribusian obat, perbekalan kesehatan, dan juga alat kesehatan. Ruang gudang penyimpanan obat bertangung jawab untuk menjaga persedian obat-obatan agar terhindar dari kerusakan dan kadaluarsa serta menjaga mutu obat dan memelihara dengan cara menempatkan obat-obatan yang dinilai aman dari pencurian yang tersimpan di gudang penyimpanan obat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif melalui pengamatan langsung dan wawancara. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh proses penyimpanan obat di Rumah Sakit “X” di Sidoarjo periode bulan Mei - Juli tahun 2022 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyimpanan obat di gudang Rumah Sakit “X” di Sidoarjo sudah baik. Hal ini terlihat dari prosentase hasil penelitian Persentase kesesuaian persyaratan penyimpanan sebesar 60% dan ketidaksesuaian sebesar 40%, persentase kesesuaian komponen penyimpanan sebesar 100%, persentase kesesuaian sistem penyimpanan sebesar 75 % dan ketidaksesuaian sebesar 25%, persentase kesesuaian metode penyimpanan sebesar 80% dan ketidaksesuaian sebesar 20%, dan persentase kesesuaian peralatan penyimpanan sebesar 90% dan ketidaksesuaian sebesar 10%.
ABSTRACT
Drug storage warehouse is a place for receiving and distributing drugs, medical supplies, and also medical devices. The drug storage warehouse room is responsible for maintaining the supply of drugs to avoid damage and expiration as well as maintaining the quality of drugs and maintaining them by placing drugs that are considered safe from theft stored in the drug storage warehouse. This research is a descriptive qualitative research through direct observation and interviews. The sample of this research is the entire process of storing pharmaceutical supplies in the warehouse of the pharmacy installation of the "X" Hospital in Sidoarjo for the period May - July 2022.The results showed that the storage of drugs in the warehouse of "X" Hospital in Sidoarjo was good. This can be seen from the percentage of the results of the study. The percentage of conformity of storage requirements is 60% and the discrepancy is 40%, the percentage of suitability of storage components is 100%, the percentage of conformity of the storage system is 75% and the discrepancy is 25%, the percentage of suitability of storage methods is 80% and the discrepancy by 20%, and the percentage of suitability of storage equipment by 90% and non conformity by 10%.
