KARYA TULIS ILMIAH GAMBARAN WAKTU TUNGGU PELAYANAN RESEP PADA PASIEN RAWAT JALAN BPJS DI INSTALASI FARMASI RUMAH SAKIT X MOJOKERTO PERIODE MARET – APRIL 2022

ABSTRAK
Pelayanan farmasi merupakan salah satu jenis pelayanan rumah sakit yang minimal wajib disediakan oleh rumah sakit dan tidak dapat dipisahkan dari sistem pelayanan kesehatan rumah sakit yang berorientasi kepada pelayanan pasien. Berdasarkan keputusan menteri kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 129/Menkes/SK/11/2008 tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal Rumah Sakit, salah satu indikator Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) untuk pelayanan farmasi rumah sakit yaitu waktu tunggu pelayanan resep obat non racikan dan obat racikan adalah tenggang waktu mulai pasien menyerahkan resep sampai dengan menerima obat non racikan dan obat racikan dengan lama waktu < 30 menit adalah obat non racikan dan 60 menit adalah obat racikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran waktu tunggu pelayanan resep pada pasien BPJS Rawat Jalan di instalasi Farmasi Rumah sakit X Mojokerto. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui observasi dengan menggunakan Lembar Pengumpul Data (LPD), dengan sampel sebanyak 368 resep BPJS rawat jalan yang terdiri 266 resep obat non racikan dan 102 resep obat racikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata waktu yang dibutuhka untuk menyelesaikan resep non racikan selama 6,15 menit, sedangkan rata-rata waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan resep racikan selama 12,19 menit. Hal tersebut menunjukkan pelayanan resep telah sesuai Standar Pelayan Minimal Rumah Sakit.
ABSTRACT
Pharmaceutical services are included in one typeof hospital service which must be provided at minimum by the hospital and cannot be separated from the hospital health care system that is oriented to patient services. Based on the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 129/Menkes/SK/11/2008 concerning Hospital Minimum Services Standards, one of the indicators of minimum service standards (SPM) for hospital pharmacy services, namely the waiting time for prescription services for non-concocted drugs and concocted drugs, is the time period from when patients submit prescriptions to receiving non concocted drugs and concocted drugs with a length of 30 minutes are non-concocted drugs and 60 minutes is a concoction of medicine. The purpose of this study was to describe the waiting time for prescription services in outpatients BPJS patients in the pharmacy installation of the Islamic Hospital Siti Hazar Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques in this study were through observation using a data collection sheet (LPD), with a sample of 368 outpatient BPJS prescriptions consisting of 266 prescriptions for non concocted drugs and 102 prescriptions for concocted drugs. The results showed that the average waiting time needed to complete a non-concoction recipe was 6,15 minutes, while the average time needed to complete a concoction recip was 12,19 minutes. This shows that the prescription service has met the minimu hospital service standards.
