KARYA TULIS ILMIAH GAMBARAN PENYIMPANAN OBAT HIGH ALERT DI INSTALASI FARMASI RS. “X” DI GRESIK PERIODE BULAN MARET 2022

ABSTRAK
Salah satu Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI No. 72 Tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit mengharuskan rumah sakit untuk mengembangkan kebijakan pengelolaan obat untuk meningkatkan keamanan, khususnya obat-obatan yang harus diwaspadai (High Alert Medication). Obat High Alert adalah obat yang memerlukan pengawasan khusus karena jika terjadi kesalahan maka akan menimbulkan bahaya yang cukup signifikan. Kelompok obat High Alert adalah obat yang terlihat mirip dan kedengarannya mirip (NORUM/LASA), Elektrolit konsentrasi tinggi, dan obat sitostatika. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran penyimpanan obat High Alert di Instalasi Farmasi RS. “X” di Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif untuk menggambarkan penyimpanan obat High Alert di Instalasi Farmasi RS. “X” di Gresik dengan cara menggunkaan lembar observasi bentuk check list yang dibuat penulis berdasarkan Permenkes RI No. 72 Tahun 2016. Populasi dan sampel pda penelitian ini dalah seluruh obat High Alert yang terdapat di Instalasi Farmasi RS. “X” di Gresik. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan maret dimulai tanggal 7 maret 2022 sampai dengan 30 maret 2022 setiap hari senin, kamis, dan sabtu. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan presentase gambaran penyimpanan obat High Alert untuk memudahkan mengolah data hasil pengamatan. Kesimpulan hasil pengamatan didapat kegiatan pengaturan tempat penyimpanan obat yang termasuk golongan High Alert sudah sesuai dengan Permenkes No. 72 Tahun 2016 yang termasuk dalam kriteria sangat baik dengan presentase rata-rata 93,64 %. Hasil pengamatan kriteria sangat baik tersebut dapat tercapai karena petugas farmasi melakukan penandaan stiker pada obat yang tergolong LASA di kotak obat maupun obat High Alert meskipun pada awal pengamatan ada kekurangan dalam pelabelan obat LASA yang tidak sempat dilabeli karena keterbatasan tenaga dan waktu yang digunakan tidak cukup.
ABSTRACT
One of the Regulations of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 72 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Hospitals requires hospitals to develop drug management policies to improve safety, especially drugs that must be wary of (High Alert Medication). High Alert drugs are drugs that require special supervision because if something goes wrong it will pose a significant danger. The High Alert group of drugs are drugs that look similar and sound similar (NORUM/LASA), high concentrations of electrolytes, and cytostatic drugs. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of High Alert drug storage in the Hospital Pharmacy Installation. "X" in Gresik. This study uses a descriptive research method to describe the storage of High Alert drugs in the Hospital Pharmacy Installation. "X" in Gresik by using an observation sheet in the form of a check list made by the author based on the Indonesian Minister of Health Regulation No. 72 of 2016. The population and sample in this study were all High Alert drugs found in the Hospital Pharmacy Installation. "X" in Gresik. The research was conducted in March starting on March 7, 2022 until March 30, 2022 every Monday, Thursday, and Saturday. Data analysis is done by providing a percentage of the description of High Alert drug storage to facilitate processing the observational data. The conclusion of the observation is that the regulation of drug storage which is included in the High Alert class is in accordance with the Minister of Health Regulation No. 72 of 2016 which is included in the very good criteria with an average percentage of 93.64%. The results of the observation of the very good criteria were achieved because the pharmacist marked a sticker on drugs classified as LASA on the medicine box and High Alert drugs, even though at the beginning of the observation there were deficiencies in the labeling of LASA drugs which were not labeled due to limited manpower and insufficient time.
