KARYA TULIS ILMIAH GAMBARAN PERENCANAAN KEBUTUHAN OBAT DIARE DI APOTEK X KABUPATEN SIDOARJO PADA PERIODE BULAN OKTOBER - DESEMBER 2021

ABSTRAK
Perencanaan obat dan perbekalan kesehatan merupakan awal yang amat menentukan dalam pengadaan obat (Depkes RI, 2009). Pada prinsipnya perencanaan obat merupakan suatu proses kegiatan menentukan jenis dan jumlah obat dalam rangka pengadaan obat agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan untuk pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat berdasarkan DOEN yang merupakan standar nasional minimal untuk pelayanan kesehatan (Hartono, 2017). Diare merupakan penyakit dengan frekuensi KLB kedua tertinggi setelah Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD). Penyakit diare menjadi penyebab kematian nomor dua pada anak usia dibawah lima tahun yaitu 15 – 17 % (Binsasi 2017). Menurut WHO terdiri dari rehidrasi (cairan elektrolit osmolaritas rendah), diet, zink, antibiotik selektif (sesuai indikasi) dan edukasi kepada orangtua pasien. Selain itu, beberapa Randomized Controlled Trials (RCT) dan meta analisis menyatakan bahwa probiotik efektif untuk pencegahan primer maupun sekunder serta untuk mengobati diare. Tujuan penelitian ini, yang mana melalui perencanaan tersebut kedepannya akan menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam penyediaan obat diare, sehingga kejadian diare di Apotek X Sidoarjo dapat tertangani dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik data primer dalam evaluasi perencanaan kebutuhan obat diare di apotek selama 3 bulan pada bulan Oktober - Desember 2021. Data diperoleh dari hasil pengumpulan data selama 3 bulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persentase jumlah item obat yang diadakan dengan yang direncanakan di Apotek X persentase bahwa jumlah item obat yang sesuai dengan DOEN di Apotek hanya mencapai 50%. Sedangkan persentase kesesuaian nama item obat dengan DOEN di Apotek hanya mencapai 50%.
ABSTRACT
Planning for drugs and health supplies is a very decisive start in drug procurement (Depkes RI, 2009). In principle, drug planning is a process of determining the type and amount of drugs in the context of drug procurement to suit the needs for health services to the community based on DOEN which is the minimum national standard for health services (Hartono, 2017). Diarrhea is a disease with the second highest frequency of outbreaks after Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). Diarrhea is the second leading cause of death in children under five years old, namely 15-17% (Binsasi 2017). According to WHO, it consists of rehydration (low osmolarity electrolyte fluids), diet, zinc, selective antibiotics (according to indications) and education to the patient's parents. In addition, several Randomized Controlled Trials (RCT) and meta-analyses state that probiotics are effective for primary and secondary prevention as well as for treating diarrhea. The purpose of this study, which through this planning in the future will be taken into consideration in the provision of diarrhea medicine, so that the incidence of diarrhea at Apotek X Sidoarjo can be handled properly. This study uses primary data techniques in evaluating the planning of diarrhea drug needs in pharmacies for 3 months in October - December 2021. The data were obtained from the results of data collection for 3 months. The results of this study indicate that the percentage of the number of drug items that are held as planned at Apotek X the percentage that the number of drug items that are in accordance with DOEN at the Pharmacy only reaches 50%. Meanwhile, the percentage of conformity of drug item names with DOEN at pharmacies only reached 50%.
