KARYA TULIS ILMIAH GAMBARAN WAKTU TUNGGU PELAYANAN RESEP PADA PASIEN BPJS RAWAT JALAN DI INSTALASI FARMASI RUMAH SAKIT X MOJOKERTO PERIODE MARET APRIL 2022

ABSTRAK
Instalasi Farmasi merupakan salah satu unit pelayanan farmasi yang terdapat dalam sebuah rumah sakit,yang mana wajib disediakan oleh rumah sakit tersebut dan harus menyatu dengan sistem pelayanan kesehatan rumah sakit itu sendiri, yang mengarah kepada pelayanan pasien. Sesuai dengan keputusan mentri kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 129/Menkes/SK/II/2008 tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal Rumah Sakit. Waktu tunggu pelayanan resep obat non racikan dan obat racikan adalah salah satu indikator Standar Pelayanan Minimal atau disingkat SPM bagi pelayanan farmasi pada rumah sakit. Waktu pelayanan resep merupakan tenggang waktu tunggu mulai pasien menyerahkan resep sampai dengan menerima obat baik obat non racikan maupun racikan, yang masing – masing ada standar waktunya, obat non racikan lama waktu ≤ 30 menit sedangkan obat racikan lama waktu ≤ 60 menit. Dalam penelitan ini mempunyai tujuan yaitu untuk mengkaji lebih dalam mengenai gambaran waktu tunggu pelayanan resep pada pasien BPJS rawat jalan di instalasi rumah sakit x di Mojokerto. Adapun tehnik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah melalui observasi dengan menggunakan Lembar Pengumpul Data (LPD), dan dengan sampel sebanyak 391 resep BPJS rawat jalan yang terdiri dari 252 resep obat non racikan dan 139 resep obat racikan. Pharmacy Installation is one of the pharmacy service units in a hospital, which must be provided by the hospital and must be integrated with the hospital's health service system, which leads to patient care. In accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 129/Menkes/SK/II/2008 concerning Minimum Hospital Service Standards. The waiting time for prescription drug services for non-concoction and concoction drugs is one indicator of Minimum Service Standards or abbreviated as SPM for pharmacy services in hospitals. Prescription service time is the waiting time from the patient submits the prescription to receive the drug, both non-concoction and concoction, each of which has a standard time, non-concoction drugs take 30 minutes while concoction drugs take 60 minutes. In this study, the purpose of this study is to examine more deeply about the description of the waiting time for prescription services for outpatient BPJS patients at the hospital x installation in Mojokerto. The data collection technique in this study was through observation using Data Collection Sheets (LPD), and with a sample of 391 BPJS outpatient prescriptions consisting of 252 non- concoction drug prescriptions and 139 concoction drug prescriptions. From this research, the average time needed to complete a non-concoction recipe was obtained.
