KARYA TULIS ILMIAH PERSENTASE KEPATUHAN PENULISAN RESEP SESUAI FORMULARIUM OBAT GASTRITIS PADA PASIEN RAWAT INAP DI RUMAH SAKIT REKSA WALUYA PERIODE JANUARI-DESEMBER 2021

ABSTRAK
Formularium Rumah Sakit disusun mengacu kepada Formularium Nasional, Formularium Rumah Sakit merupakan daftar obat yang disepakati staf medis, disusun oleh Komite Farmasi dan Terapi dan ditetapkan oleh Pimpinan Rumah Sakit. Adanya formularium rumah sakit, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan juga efektifitas pengelolaan persediaan obat mulai dari perencanaan, pengadaan dan distribusi serta dapat meningkatkan pendapatan rumah sakit. Ketidakpatuhan terhadap formularium akan mempengaruhi mutu pelayanan rumah sakit terutama mutu pelayanan di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persentase kepatuhan dokter dalam penulisan resep sesuai formularium obat gastritis pada pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Reksa Waluya periode Januari-Desember 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan non eksperimental dengan teknik pendekatan secara observasional retrospektif. Data yang diperoleh akan dilakukan analisis secara deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Sampling Purposif yaitu penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan memilih subjek berdasarkan pada karakteristik tertentu yang dianggap mempunyai hubungan dengan karakteristik populasi yang sudah diketahui sebelumnya. Hasil dari penelitian diperoleh kepatuhan penulisan resep sesuai formularium rumah sakit di Rumah Sakit Reksa Waluya sebesar 96% dengan nilai ketidaksesuaian penulisan resep sebesar 4%.Dari hasil penelitian terhadap persentase kepatuhan dokter dalam penulisan resep sesuai Formularium obat gastritis pada pasien rawat inap di RS Reksa Waluya selama Januari - Desember 2021 diperoleh hasil kesesuaian penulisan rata-rata sebesar 96 %.
ABSTRACT
Hospital Formulary is prepared referring to the National Formulary, The Hospital Formulary is a list of medicines agreed upon by medical staff, compiled by the Pharmacy and Therapeutic Team determined by the Head of the Hospital. The existence of a hospital formulary is expected to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the management of drug supplies starting from planning, procurement and distribution and can increase hospital income. Non-
compliance with the formulary will affect the quality of hospital services, especially the quality of service at the Hospital Pharmacy Installation. This study aims to determine the percentage of physician compliance in prescription writing according to gastric drug formulary at Reksa Waluya Hospital for the period January-December 2021. This research uses non -experimental with observational retrospective approaches. The data obtained will be analyzed descriptively. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling, namely sampling is carried out by selecting subjects based on certain characteristics that are considered to have a relationship with the previously known population characteristics. The results of the study obtained compliance with prescription writing according to the hospital formulary at Reksa Waluya Hospital at 96% with the most prescription nonconformities at 4%. Conclusion: From the results of the study of the percentage of doctor compliance in writing prescription according to the formulary of gastritis drugs in inpatients at Reksa Waluya Hospital during January - December 2021 obtained the results of writing an average of 96 %.
