ABSTRAK
Injeksi mecobalamin atau methylcobalamine adalah salah satu bentuk mecobalamin yang sering digunakan untuk mengobati neuropati perifer dan beberapa jenis anemia. Injeksi mecobalamin memiliki batas waktu dalam penyimpanan, karena seiring berjalannya waktu obat akan terurai secara kimia akibat pengaruh udara, suhu, cahaya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh suhu terhadap mutu fisik sediaan injeksi mecobalamin. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bersifat penelitian eksperimental. Dengan melakukan beberapa percobaan atau uji yang memerlukan beberapa alat dan bahan serta dilakukan prosedur peneitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suhu penyimpanan terhadap mutu fisik sediaan injeksi mecobalamin dengan menggunakan metode spetrofoometri UV-Vis. Hasil dari penelitian diperoleh hasil penetapan kadar injeksi mecobalamin pada suhu kontrol memiliki nilai rata-rata 111,48% jika dibanding dengan kadar penyimpanan pada suhu panas dengan nilai rata-rata 122,60% dapat disimpulkan terjadi kenaikan kadar sebanyak kurang lebih 12%, Hasil analisa one way anova menunjukan nilai Sig. = 0,000 < 0,5 yang artinya dari setiap sampel ada perbedaan yang nyata (signifikan) dari varasi suhu penyimpanan suhu kontrol,suhu ruan, suhu dingin, suhu panas yang disimpan selama 3 tiga hari. Dapat disimpulkan variasi suhu penyimpanan setelah dibuka dari kemasan plastik hitam dapat menaikan kadar sediaan injeksi mecobalain merek “M” yang terkandung didalamnya.

ABSTRACT
Mecobalamin or methylcobalamin injection is a form of mecobalamin that is often used to treat peripheral neuropathy and certain types of anemia. Mecobalamin injection has a time limit in storage, because over time the drug will decompose chemically due to the influence of air, temperature, light. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of temperature on the physical quality of mecobalamin injection preparations. This research is an experimental research. By conducting several experiments or tests that require several tools and materials and conducting research procedures. This study is from the same sample with each different storage temperature and the levels of each drug will be measured. Which aims to determine the effect of storage temperature on the physical quality of mecobalamin injection preparations using UV-Vis spectrofoometry method. the results obtained that the determination of mecobalamin injection levels at control temperatures has an average value of 111.48% when compared to storage levels at hot temperatures with an average value of 122.60%, it can be concluded that there was an increase in levels of approximately 12%, the results of the analysis one way anova shows the value of Sig. = 0.000 < 0.5 which means that from each sample there is a significant (significant) difference from the variation of storage temperature control temperature, room temperature, cold temperature, hot temperature stored for 3 three days. Conclusion: in this study it can be said that variations in storage temperature after being opened from black plastic packaging can increase the levels of mecobalain injection brand "M" contained therein.
