KARYA TULIS ILMIAH TINGKAT KEPATUHAN PASIEN HIPERTENSI DALAM MENGONSUMSI OBAT DI APOTEK “X” KECAMATAN CANDI KABUPATEN SIDOARJO

ABSTRAK
Penyakit hipertensi merupakan penyakit yang paling banyak diderita oleh masyarakat indonesia yang dapat terjadi akibat dari salah satu masalah yang sering muncul. Pengobatan hipertensi dipengaruhi oleh kepatuhan penderita mengkonsumsi obat darah tinggi dan melakukan modifikasi gaya hidup.Kepatuhan terhadap pengobatan merupakan faktor penting dalam kesehatan lanjutan dan kesejahterahan pasien hipertensi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan Nurlaili dan Sudhana (2014) kepatuhan pasien hipertensi dalam minum obat terbukti cukup buruk (53,85%) sehingga berakibat tidak ada perbaikan yang signifikan pada hasil pengukuran tekanan darahnya.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Cross Sectional. Dengan jumblah responden 100 orang. Alat yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuisoner. Dengan jumblah responden 100 orang yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian dimana hasil Tingkat Kepatuhan dalam penelitian dengan hasil yang signifikan terhadap kepatuhan responden dalam meminum obat anti hipertensi yakni 82 responden (82%) dari 100 responden.
ABSTRACT
Hypertension is the most common disease suffered by the people of Indonesia which can occur as a result of one of the problems that often arise. Treatment of hypertension is influenced by the patient's adherence to taking high blood pressure medication and making lifestyle modifications. Adherence to treatment is an important factor in the continued health and well-being of hypertensive patients. Based on research conducted by Nurlaili and Sudhana (2014) compliance of hypertensive patients in taking medication proved to be quite poor (53.85%) resulting in no significant improvement in the results of blood pressure measurements. This study is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. sectional.With the number of respondents 100 people. The tool used in the research is quistionnaaire. Wihth the number of respondents 100 people were involed in the study where the results of the level of compliance in the study with significant results on the compiance of respondents in taking antihypertensive drugs were 82 responden (82%) of 100 respondents.
