KARYA TULIS ILMIAH GAMBARAN TINGKAT KESESUAIAN SISTEM PENYIMPANAN OBAT DI APOTEK HUTAMA PHARMA SIDOARJO DENGAN PERMENKES 73 TAHUN 2016 TENTANG STANDAR PENYIMPANAN OBAT DI APOTEK PERIODE BULAN FEBRUARI TAHUN 2021

ABSTRAK
Penyimpanan merupakan bagian penggelolaan obat yang sangat penting dalam memelihara mutu dari obat-obatan, menjaga kelangsungan persediaan, memudahan pencarian dan pengawasan, mengoptimalkan persediaan, memberikan informasi kebutuhan obat yang akan datang, serta mengurangi risiko kerusakan dan kehilangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran penyimpanan obat di Apotek Hutama. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskripsi. teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi. Observasi langsung dilakukan dengan sistem check list menggunakan tabel pengamatan disertai dengan wawancara, kemudian dikakukan perbandingan dan dihitung persentase sistem penyimpanan berdasarkan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek tersebut (Permenkes RI Nomor 73 tahun 2016). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat 1 indikator yang belum sesuai standar yaitu sistem penataan obat menggunakan metode FIFO. sedangkan 7 indikator sudah sesuai persyaratan berdasarkan Permenkes RI No. 73 tahun 2016 kemudian disimpulkan bahwa hasil kesesuaian sistem penyimpanan tidak sesuai menurut standar dengan presentase sebesar 87,5%.
ABSTRACT
Storage is a very important part of drug management in maintaining the quality of medicines, maintaining continuity of supplies, facilitating search and monitoring, optimizing supplies, providing information on future drug needs, and reducing the risk of damage and loss. This study aims to determine the description of drug storage at Hutama Pharmacy. This research is a descriptive research type. data collection techniques using the method of observation. Direct observation was carried out with a check list system using observation tables accompanied by interviews, then the percentage of the storage system was calculated based on the standard of pharmaceutical services at the pharmacy (Permenkes RI Number 73 of 2016). Based on the results of the study, there was 1 indikator that did not meet the standard, nammely the drug storage system using the FIFO method. While the 7 indicators are in accordance with the requirements based on the regulation of the minister of health of the republic of Indonesia No. 73 of 2016 then concluded that the result of the suitability of the storage system were not in accordance with the standards with a percentage of 87.5%.
