KARYA TULIS ILMIAH EVALUASI KELENGKAPAN SKRINING LEMBAR RESEP PASIEN PEDIATRI DI APOTEK ‘X’ SIDOARJO

ABSTRAK
Pengkajian resep merupakan tindakan yang sangat penting dalam peresepan karena dapat membantu mengurangi terjadinya medication error. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui evaluasi penulisan resep untuk pasien pediatri di Apotek ‘X’ Sidoarjo dengan cara melakukan pengkajian terhadap aspek administrasi, farmasetik, dan polifarmasi selama bulan Februari sampai dengan April 2020. Pengkajian tersebut diatur dalam PERMENKES Nomor 73 Tahun 2016 tentang Standart Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara observasi terhadap seluruh resep yang masuk dan memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Dari resep tersebut didapatkan informasi mengenai evaluasi aspek administrasi, farmasetik dan polifarmasi yang kemudian dilakukan analisis terhadap tiap aspek tersebut. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa evaluasi administrasi, farmasetik, dan polifarmasi masih belum sesuai karena dari variabel yang dijadikan tolak ukur kesesuaian dalam peresepan belum sesuai dengan indikator penelitian.
ABSTRACT
Prescription review is a very important action in prescribing because it can help reduce the occurrence of medication errors. This study aims to determine the evaluation of prescribing for pediatric patients at Apotek 'X' Sidoarjo by conducting an assessment of the administrative, pharmaceutical, and polypharmacy aspects during February to April 2020. The assessment is regulated in PERMENKES Number 73 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards. at the Pharmacy. Data collection in this study was carried out by observing all incoming prescriptions and meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria. From the prescription, information was obtained regarding the evaluation of administrative, pharmaceutical and polypharmacy aspects, which were then analyzed for each of these aspects. From this study, it is known that the evaluation of administration, pharmaceuticals, and polypharmacy is still not appropriate because the variables used as benchmarks for conformity in prescribing are not in accordance with the research indicators.
