KARYA TULIS ILMIAH PROFIL PENYIMPANAN OBAT HIGH ALERT PADA DEPO FARMASI RUMAH SAKIT X DAERAH MOJOKERTO PERIODE BULAN MARET 2021

ABSTRAK
Obat High Alert adalah yang harus diwaspadai karena sering menyebabkan terjadi kesalahan/ eror dan atau kesalahan serius (sentinel event),obat yang berisiko tinggi menyebabkan dampak yang tidak diinginkan (adverse outcome) dan Obat yang berisiko tinggi menyebabkan Reaksi Obat yang Tidak Diinginkan (ROTD). Obat High Alert harus disimpan di Instalasi Farmasi/Unit/Depo, Apabila rumah sakit ingin menyimpan diluar lokasi tersebut, disarankan disimpan di depo farmasi yang berada dibawah tanggung jawab apoteker. Penyimpanan obat bertujuan untuk menjaga mutu dan kestabilan suatu sediaan farmasi, menjaga keamanan, ketersediaan, dan menghindari penggunaan obat yang tidak bertanggung jawab. dan penyimpanan obat High Alert pada Depo farmasi merupakan kegiatan pengaturan obat yang meliputi obat disimpan terpisah dari obat-obat lainnya, dan terdapat pemberian tanda peringatan label stiker “High Alert”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan observasional prospektif. Populasi penelitian pengelolaan obat high alert yang ada dalam Depo Farmasi Rumah Sakit. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Penyimpanan Obat High Alert di Depo Farmasi Rumah Sakit X dengan sebagian besar obat High Alert di rumah sakit tersebut sudah seusai dengan standart pelayanan farmasi rumah sakit berdasarkan Permenkes no. 72 tahun 2016.
ABSTRACT
High Alert drugs are those that must be watched out for because they often cause errors/errors and or serious errors (sentinel events), drugs that have a high risk of causing unwanted effects (adverse outcomes) and drugs that are at high risk of causing unwanted drug reactions (ROTD). . High Alert drugs must be stored at the Pharmacy Installation/Unit/Depo. If the hospital wants to store it outside that location, it is recommended that it be stored at the pharmacy depot which is under the responsibility of the pharmacist. Drug storage aims to maintain the quality and stability of a pharmaceutical preparation, maintain safety, availability, and avoid irresponsible drug use. and storage of high alert drugs at the pharmacy depot is a drug regulation activity that includes drugs stored separately from other drugs, and there is a warning sign with a "High Alert" sticker label. The research method used is prospective observation. The research population is the management of high alert drugs in the Hospital Pharmacy Depot. The sampling technique in this research is by random sampling. The results showed that the Storage of High Alert Drugs at the Pharmacy Depot of Hospital X with most of the High Alert drugs in the hospital was in accordance with the hospital pharmacy service standards based on Permenkes no. 72 of 2016.
