KARYA TULIS ILMIAH GAMBARAN WAKTU TUNGGU PELAYANAN RESEP OBAT NON RACIKAN INSTALASI RAWAT JALAN RUMAH SAKIT MITRA SEHAT MANDIRI SIDOARJO PERIODE FEBRUARI TAHUN 2021

ABSTRAK
Salah satu standart pelayanan farmasi yaitu waktu tunggu. Waktu tunggu pelayanan dihitung dari pasien menyerahkan resep hingga menerima obat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan standart pelayanan minimal prosedur (SPM) pada instalasi farmasi rawat jalan Rumah Sakit Mitra Sehat Mandiri Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non eksperimental dengan metode purposive sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel dengan menentukan kriteria-kriteria tertentu yang dianggap dapat mewakili populasi. Waktu penelitian mulai dari 1 februari 2021 – 28 februari 2021. Jumlah resep keseluruan yang di jadikan sampel yaitu 135 resep. Dengan rincian 60 resep meliputi resep IGD dan 75 resep meliputi resep poli spesialis. Waktu tunggu rata-rata obat jadi atau non racikan adalah 8 menit. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan SPM yang di persyaratkan oleh Kepmenkes RI No.129/ Menkes/SKII/2008 tentang waktu tunggu pelayanan resep obat jadi atau non racikan yaitu ≤ 30 menit.
ABSTRACT
One of the pharmaceutical service standards is waiting time. Waiting time for services is calculated from the patient submits a prescription to receive the drug. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of standard minimal service procedures (SPM) at the outpatient pharmacy installation at Mitra Sehat Mandiri Hospital, Sidoarjo. This research is a non-experimental research with purposive sampling method, namely sampling by determining certain criteria that are considered to be representative of the population. The research time starts from February 1, 2021 - February 28, 2021. The total number of recipes that are sampled is 135 recipes. With details of 60 prescriptions including emergency unit installation prescriptions and 75 prescriptions including specialist poly prescriptions. The average waiting time for finished or non-concoctioned drugs is 8 minutes. This is in accordance with the SPM required by the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No.129/Menkes/SKII/2008 regarding the waiting time for non-concoctioned prescription drugs, is less than or equal to 30 minutes.
