KARYA TULIS ILMIAH GAMBARAN KELENGKAPAN ADMINISTRASI DAN FARMASETIS RESEP RAWAT INAP DI RS X SURABAYA PERIODE DESEMBER 2020 - JANUARI 2021

ABSTRAK
Pengkajian resep sangat penting dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya kesalahan dalam pemberian informasi, penulisan resep yang buruk dan penulisan resep yang tidak tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran kelengkapan resep rawat inap di RS X Surabaya sesuai dengan Permenkes No. 72 tahun 2016. Penelitian yang dilakukan bersifat deskriptif, dengan pengambilan data yang dilakukan secara acak dan mengamati resep yang masuk selama periode Desember 2020 – Januari 2021 yang ditulis oleh dokter. Dilakukan skrining administratif terhadap 87 resep dokter dengan mengisi tabel pengambilan data, sesuai dengan aspek kelengkapan resep yang ditinjau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase lengkapan resep dari Inscriptio 87,36% lengkap,12,64% tidak lengkap, dalam hal Invacatio 100% lengkap, dalam hal Prescriptio 100% lengkap, dalam hal Signatura 100% lengkap, dalam hal Pro 0% lengkap, 100% tidak lengkap. Dalam aspek Pro disini sering tidak dicatumkan umur, alamat dan berat badan pasien. Kesimpulan daril gambaran kelengkapan Administratif dan Farmasetis Resep Dokter di RS X Surabaya 87 lembar resep resep yang lengkap 0% dan yang tidak lengkap 100%.
ABSTRACT
Prescription review is very important to prevent errors in providing information, writing bad prescriptions and writing inappropriate prescriptions. The purpose of this study was to describe the completeness of inpatient prescriptions at RS X Surabaya in accordance with Permenkes No. 72 of 2016. This research is descriptive in nature, with random data collection and observing incoming prescriptions during the period December 2020 – January 2021 written by doctors. Administrative screening was carried out on 87 doctor's prescriptions by filling in the data collection table, according to the aspect of completeness of the prescription being reviewed. The results showed the percentage of complete prescriptions from Inscriptio 87,36% complete, 12,64% incomplete, in terms of Invacatio 100% complete, in terms of Prescriptio 100% complete, in terms of Signatura 100% complete, in terms of Pro 0% complete, 100 % incomplete. In the Pro aspect, the patient's age, address and weight are often not stated here. The conclusion from the description of the completeness of Administrative and Pharmaceutical Doctor's Prescriptions at RS X Surabaya is 87 prescription sheets that are complete and 100% incomplete.
