KARYA TULIS ILMIAH PENGARUH TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN MASYARAT DI DESA WEDORO RW 03 KECAMATAN WARU KABUPATEN SIDOARJO TERHADAP PERSEPSI OBAT GENERIK PADA PERIODE MARET-JUNI TAHUN 2021

ABSTRAK
Menurut Kemenkes (2010), obat generik adalah obat dengan nama resmi International Nonpropietary Names (INN) yang ditetapkan dalam Farmakope Indonesia atau buku standar lainnya untuk zat berkhasiat yang dikandungnya. Saat ini pendidikan masyarakat tentang obat generik masih tergolong rendah, dan banyak yang menganggap obat generik adalah obat kelas bawah karena harganya yang murah. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendidikan masyarakat di Desa Wedoro RW 03 Kecamatan Waru Kabupaten Sidoarjo Terhadap Persepsi Obat Generik Periode Maret-Juni 2021. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan metode survei analitik dengan cara pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel yang digunakan 260 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dengan teknik stratified random sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil: Penelitian ini diperoleh tingkat pendidikan SD persepsi Cukup tentang obat generik sebanyak 76,2%, tingkat pendidikan SMP persepsi Cukup tentang obat generik sebanyak 81,0%, tingkat pendidikan SMA/SMK persepsi Cukup tentang obat generik sebanyak 77,8% dan tingkat pendidikan Akademik/Sarjana persepsi Cukup tentang obat generik sebanyak 69,8%. Hasil uji statistik pada tingkat pendidikan masyarakat terhadap persepsi obat generik dengan nilai p value yaitu >0,05. Kesimpulan: Bahwa pengaruh tingkat pendidikan masyarakat di Desa Wedoro RW 03 Kecamatan Waru Kabupaten Sidoarjo terhadap persepsi obat generik adalah 6,5 % Kurang, 76,5 % Cukup dan 16,9 % Baik.
ABSTRACT
According to the Ministry of Health (2010), generic drugs are drugs with the official name International Nonpropietary Names (INN) set forth in the Indonesian Pharmacopeia or other standard books for efficacious substances they contain. Nowadays, public education about generic drugs is still relatively low, and many consider generic drugs to be lower-class drugs because of their low price. Purpose: To know the influence of the level of community education in the village of Wedoro RW 03 District Waru Sidoarjo District On The Perception of Generic Drugs Period March-June 2021. This type ofresearch is quantitative with analytical survey methods by means of a cross sectionalapproach. The sample used 260 respondents who met the inclusion criteria with stratified random sampling techniques. The research instrument uses questionnaires. Results: This enelitian obtained the level of education sd perception Enough about generic drugs as much as 76.2%, the level of education smp perception Enough about generic drugs as much as 81.0%, the level of education sma / vocational school perception Enough about generic drugs as much as 77.8% and the level of education Academic / Sarjana perception Enough about generic drugs as much as 69.8%. The results of statistical tests at the level of public education on the perception of generic drugs with a value of p value of >0.05. Conclusion: That the influence of the level of community education in wedoro village RW 03 District Waru Sidoarjo district to the perception of generic drugs is 6.5 % Less, 76.5 % Enough and 16.9 % Good.
