analysis of Vitamin C levels in juwet fruit (Syzygium cumini) by UV-Vis Spectrophotometry has been carried out. The purpose of this study was to determine the levels of Vitamin C in juwet fruit. The juice of 5 grams of juwet fruit (Syzyzgium cumini) was taken and dissolved in 50 ml of aquadest. The method used was Benedict's reagent and UV-Vis spectrophotometry test at a wavelength of 265.3 nm, it was obtained that the vitamin C content in juwet fruit was obtained an average of 1.743 mg which means little Vitamin C. The results of this study were supported by the T-test with a value The significance of juwet fruit resulted in a value of 0.001 <0.05.
