This study was conducted on pregnant women who suffer from hypertension. This study aims to describe the Prescription Patterns of Antihypertensive Drugs in Pregnant Women in Outpatient Hospital of "X" Sidoarjo Period 2019. This research method uses a non-experimental method with a descriptive approach to identify patterns of prescribing antihypertensive drugs in pregnant women so that the approach to Patients were performed using a retrospective method that met the inclusion criteria obtained from medical records and patient prescriptions. The results of this study were 40 hypertensive patients in pregnant women who metthe inclusion criteria. The study subjects were divided into 2 groups, namely 2 hypertensive patients in pregnant women with 5% complications and 38 hypertensive patients with uncomplicated pregnant women who received 5% Lopaten 10mg therapy, 5% Nifedipine 10mg, 10% Dopamet 250mg, 100mg Aptor. 42.5%, Aptor 100mg & Dopamet 250mg at 15%, Dopamet 250mg & Lopaten 10ng at 7.5%, Aptor 100mg & Nifedipine 10mg by 10% according to pharmaceutical care journals (Ministry of Health, 2006) and in accordance with the Doctors Association Hypertension in Indonesia, 2019. From this study, it can be concluded that antihypertensive drug therapy in pregnant women can use calcium antagonists, beta blockers and methyldopa so that they can reduce blood pressure in pregnancy.
